Recomp20 has become an almost staple for me, so it depends on the day or what I'm training.
Usually I'll take two caps with my biggest meal of the day and two caps 30ish minutes pre-workout. But on my bigger/more important days (Back and Chest) I'll take two caps with my biggest meal of the day...
