Hello everyone, it’s been a while since I’ve lifted. A lot of stuff happened in my life the past 2 years. With the pandemic going on around the world, I’ve been grateful enough to have a home gym while I social distance.
I have dumbbells, Olympia bar, curling bars, pull up bars and a dip...
The doctor did do fasting glucose levels, I do not believe they did an A1C or I am simply ignorant to the fact and I will need to call and find out. The fasting glucose did show that I did have a higher glucose level than I should have. I do have moderate hypertension/high blood pressure.
They...
Im trying to lose my gut, but then keep it off with the insulin resistant diet. The insulin resistance is just an issue because of family history and yes, blood tests did show that I am starting to have a problem. I went to the doctor because I was getting extremely tired during random hours of...
May I ask why shakes miss the point? My height is 5'10
Weight is 175
Body fat percentage is 13%
I am Male
My highest body fat I would assume would have been 25% back when I was 13 before I lost weight. My goal is 3,500-4,000 calories because that is generally what I eat at the current moment to...
I am wondering if anyone could offer me some good meal recipe/high calorie shake recipes that I could have with an insulin resistant diet. They say to cut back high fat dairy, and breads and pastas. It will be difficult to hit my 3,500-4,000 calorie goal not drinking whole milk and eating...
No I have not ran any program at all before. I do not think i will stall but if I do then I will look at the 531. Should I do any specific accessory exercises?
I've only been training for about a year. I usually train for 4-5 times a week. If I feel a little rested I would make my 5th day a medium full body day. I've never done any program before, just lots of compound lifting. I usually do an upper body and lower body split though.
My max bench is 205, max deadlift is 405, and squat is 275. I can go to the gym anywhere from 4-5 times a week.
Edit: I weigh only 160 if that matters.
I definitely forgot to mention that thank you for telling me. Since this guy is a rookie i will say that a SERM is simply Nolvadex or clomid. If youve never heard of them then I think you need to do a little more research on steroids and the damage they do to your body and how to fix yourself...
1. If you're a rookie I don't know if you want to do trenavar as it turns into trenbolone and generally it's not reccomended for beginners.
2. I would make sure you at least have a test base and pct ready. Perhaps an AI while on cycle? Not sure about that maybe someone else can confirm if...
Thank you. This new job at this warehouse is pretty physical so im not sure if the constant climbing in and out of trucks and lifting of boxes and other stuff is causing my joints to hurt also.
Yeah I understand I have deadlifters arms as well. Thanks for explaining what the terms meant I enjoyed attacking upper body yesterday I like it more than lower body but I just never see much progress on my bench and shoulder press so I guess I'll just focus on my bench more than before.
Thank you for the Achilles tendon tip i will definitely try it! I know my bench sucks compared to my lower body i was ashamed to post it but I did anyway. What does RE mean in the saturday example you gave me? By the way I tried going to the gym at night today and I had a good time
I've been stressed over work and college. My job is really active and I've been stressed as **** not eating much at all maybe only 3,000 calories a day. It's hard to make a game plan of any kind when I would go so much and see no results at all. Ever since I stopped lifting my knees and Achilles...
Hey everyone. Im not sure if this matters but my current maxes are, bench 245, squat 505, and deadlift 615. After going the past 3 months I've gained next to nothing in terms of strength. I wake up and don't feel motivated to go at all anymore. Is there anything I can do to fix this? And no I am...
