    The urologist found out that i have an hernia . The hernia is affecting the genitofemoral nerve.The genitofemoral nerve is responsible for both the sensory (femoral branch) and motor portions (genital branch) of the cremasteric reflex. This is why my scrotum is always tight and i have pain.
