I don’t have anxiety issues, but based on research and my wife’s use, they complement each other well. S&A support of course lowers anxiety, while Kanna has research showing decrease in “state anxiety” I think is what they called it. Basically helps reduce spikes in anxiety.

The super laxo is 25R spirostan something. That’s been around a while, but never very common. I think that was in iForce Tropinol. From what I recall, I think it’s supposed to increase activation of androgen receptors or something. I don’t think there’s much research on it though.
