    Was able to do 1 cap w/ breakfast meal and then 2 pre-workout with like 60g carbs/20g protein. No symptoms of hypo so I'm guessing I got enough carbs in. Today was back day and I hit it a little harder than usual. How long did you say it takes for the foll to kick in? Around two weeks?
