    Wow! Thanks for such great responses gentlemen. What is the best way to control Estrogen levels? AND, by lowering Estrogen, isn't that raising the Testosterone level? Or am I mistaken? Tongkat ali? Now I am confused. :/

    Initial blood work was like 180 (if I recall) Benefit would be, better results. More T and everything that goes with it. :)
