Seriously. This. If you can drink a lot of milk you'll have no problems hitting macros. One of the principles of Starting Strength is a gallon of milk a day on top of three regular meals. I would suggest investing in some probiotics though.
For the purposes of managing cortisol it would be better to take it in the morning. One purpose of cortisol is to wake you up in the morning. Eating when levels are high can lead to increased fat gain though.
