This isn't exactly what I would call a diet, first of all more meals need to be added to help boost your metabolism and get you burning more. You have very little protein and very high carbs, this is not ideal for fat loss. You need to be eating 5-6 meals per day but on a strict diet plan...
I'm currently 4 weeks out, lookin good but as usual still holding on to a little fat in the mid section. It's always last to go but I'm wondering if anyone has any other suggestions on pre comp gear that doesn't retain water. Current cycle

Mass is another cutter typically used for pre comp with those that have lower BF already. I substitute it for tren because tren gives me horrible night sweats
You need to start off with the right diet plan and build as much natural muscle as you can for a few years. Gear comes in later and you need to familiarize yourself with all aspects of bodybuilding first and do your research.

I have no idea other than tricky Jackson who reps for HGH.com I hear a lot of discussion on pm about it being a waist of money. I would like to know myself what the tests say.
I see some pros run both and wonder if some take the white rice because of the sugar effects it turns to later or just because they like the taste. Is there a preference on the two? I've ran slin twice and used both but didn't notice anything different.
