    Just finishing week 8 of cardirine/osta at 14/20 after 7 days.. ran along side epiandro at 500 a day. Nice run.. ran 500 cals under maintenance which was probably too low as I lost some str3ngth along the way. Starting tamoxifen with folidrone + alphamax on Monday for pct (alongside Sup3r pct)
