    I have two different ones. One is ehp labs buzz it doesn't state the dosage in it but I'm assuming it's about 300 and the other is called n.o. Bulk it's from a local supplement shop and that one has 350mg in it. So if I take like .5-.75 a scoop of that and a bronkaid I would be ok?

    Don't really wanna do the slow 5/3/1 progression when I know I can make quicker gains for now with linear progression. Also I like having back with legs because my upper body doesn't get super taxed like it does if I were to run an upper/lower split
