    Sleep Help

What is your diet like that it requires you to take that much zinc/magnesium? That is absurdly high. The D3 seems overboard too unless you are living in Siberia. Even then it would be excessive

    ZMK (120 tabs)

Do you guys think ZMA is a necessary supp? The reason I ask is because most people that lift tend to eat a lot of good and balanced food throughout the day. I consume about 600 mg magnesium from food alone. If I took a zma product that would put me well over the RDI guidelines

    Pregnenolone tested

I used 30 mg pregnenolone/day for nine days and was feeling really good. On the ninth day I was hit with awful brain fog and anxiety. I will discontinue use. I then read stories about some people experiencing the same thing

    Pregnenolone tested

Would you say a level of 42 is low? I’m 37 years old

    Pregnenolone tested

Interesting. So supplemental preg won’t necessarily raise preg levels. I am not on TRT. Does this change the scope of the situation since you said it is not completely necessary when you are on TRT?

    Pregnenolone tested

I should mention that I am not on TRT. I do take sermorelin though. Not sure if this is relevant in the dosing scheme of pregnenolone

    Pregnenolone tested

Yeah, that’s what I was thinking. I suppose I’ll start at 30 and titrate up. I had my vitamin d checked as well and that came at 53.9. Decent level on only 1,000 IU/day

    Pregnenolone tested

Hey, fellas I had my pregnenolone levels tested and they came back at 42. Reference range adults <151. I suppose supplementation is warranted here. I have 30 mg capsules. Would one/day suffice? Regards

    Desperate to bulk up.

You're not going to bulk on chicken and rice. Eat pasta, beef, Whole eggs. Homemade mass gainers are great. I have 2/day myself.

Total Test came back very low... Dr won't treat!

Do an online TRT clinic. They prescribed and sold me testosterone with a TT of 646! They'll surely treat you. It's expensive doing it this way, but it's legal and safe

    New BW

I used prescribed clomid when I cycled 2 years ago after a test cycle 250/week. No sides. Kept getting stronger too. I ran 50 mg/day along with some RC nolvadex (but who knows if that was real) I'm a little skeptical of RC stuff after the ipamorelin I've been using did nothing for my igf 1 levels

Right on bro. I know. The clinic I work with ordered this lab. I even asked the doc why he didn't check estradiol sensitive. I don't think they have it all together because he tried selling me test cream and said it wouldn't shut Me down. I said to him well its exogenous testosterone so it's...

    New BW

Yeah bro, I've been an athlete my entire life. Was a collegiate soccer player and distance runner. After college I got into bodybuilding and powerlifting. I'm 36 and have done one cycle my entire life, which was 2 years ago. Gearing up for another run with some test I got prescribed by an anti...

I do appreciate the input brother. My hemoglobin, hematocrit, and RBC have been elevated since my youth. I was a highly decorated NCAA distance runner back in 99-03. Most accomplished distance runners have elevated blood volume, which is why they can run fast for long distances. My sister (who...

    New BW

They're out of range man, but fear mongering of a stroke is a bit much. I've known guys on this forum and others that have hemoglobins of 21 and hematocrits of up to 57. It didn't prevent my doc from just writing me a script for a cycle too. I plan on 250/wk for 12 weeks and am in the process of...
