Followed by
nolva 20/20/10/10 week 5-8
DAA week 5-8
as for the cycle assist would you run it all through weeks 1-8 or just 5-8?
Thank you for your feedback. What would you change personally about the cycle? Just trying to get the best out of it. Also would you agree with the nolva at 40/40/20/20 or 20/20/10/10.?
