    I like to do that no more than two days a week. You'll find it impossible to hit the gym without fat or carbs filling out your calorie count. There's no PCT - your bouncing baby thyroid'll be normal all on its own in days, if that. No advantage to rotating.

    Squatting every day

    My knees are too wrecked to play that game... I can barely squat once a week. I did, however, run a 9 month cycle deadlifting 90% 3-4 days a week instead of squatting last year. Sometimes, pounding the hell out of a lift for a while is awesome.
