so no significant stim effect or fat loss effects and a ridiculously short half life/low bioavailability, if i understand correctly. if this is the case, then how come it's used in so many preworkouts and fat burners then? just curious
so there are minor concerns with having both higenamine and ephedrine at the same time? i was planning to run the EC stack on my cut and have something like Uncut/Ritual/Alphamine along with 24mg E (obviously drop the caffeine part) preworkout. just concerned as these all contain higenamine
hi, i made a thread/posed a question somewhat related to this a few weeks back but never got a clear cut answer. which one is plain out superior for fat loss? and would it be harmful in any way if they were to be taken together?
yeah the 2 beta agonists were what i was concerned about. however (and i have no scientific basis for this), i just think that ephedrine is more effective than higenamine as a beta agonist and for fat loss in general which is why i want to use it with the alphamine. plus it's dirt cheap too and...
here is the dosing scheme that I have decided on:
24mg ephedrine with 2 scoops of alphamine upon waking on an empty stomach
24mg ephedrine with 200mg caffeine later in the day (preworkout as i work out in the afternoon)
(maybe) third scoop of alphamine right after my workout
i don't want to...
I was just wondering what everybody's thoughts were about these products. My diet is on point most of the time. However there are some days where I don't have the time or resources to prepare micronutrient rich foods and I eat microwaveable foods and fast foods for the most part on these days...
I just get hungry around bedtime sometimes, but I've always strayed away from eating around bedtime lately because Abyss needs to be taken on an empty stomach.
It specifies in the instructions to take on an empty stomach. Would it be alright if I took it on an empty stomach 1 hour before bedtime and then ate a meal right before bed?
I understand that diet and training always come before supplements and I do plan on fixing these up for my upcoming cut. But with that said, are fat burner type supplements completely useless in fatter individuals (20%+ bf) or are their effects just less pronounced? If so, why?
I always thought...
Then would the optimal plan be to cut down to 15% then start using supps? I have a stack of Alphamine, Alpha-T2 and Forskolin ready to go.
And yes I do realize that 18% bf isn't really a good place to be at. When I started the bulk I was 13% at 160. I guess I was eager to gain weight and put...
Well yeah, that does sound like the better plan. I'm going to be lowering cals to 2800 for a week or so, and then slowly easing towards 2300-2200.
Just out of curiousity, do my TDEE/calories even sound close to accurate? I'm 18, 5'9, in the high 180 lbs.
How much weight should I be able to lose per week without losing lean mass or strength? I recall Eric Helms saying in a video that you can lose about 1.0-1.5% of your bodyweight per week. I'm at 20% bf 185lbs at 5'10. This means I can lose close to 2lb/week. Would this apply for me?
Is it a combination of caffeine, a B-Agonist and Alpha 2 Antagonist (yohimbine?) and maybe forskolin?
Also how does Higenamine perform against other B-agonists like ephedrine? Specifically, how would something like ECY stack work vs Alphamine/Alpha-T2
