    I don't have too much insights on macros, mine are pretty much always around 30/40/30 fat/carb/pro But dietary cholesterol intake has been shown to not have negative impacts on blood levels in numerous studies. Good luck with the contest prep tho.

    Like everyone said, soreness doesn't equal improvement. If you are trying to add size but keep doing the same weight and reps every workout,, that's part for the problem. Progression is key.

    Honestly I'm used to a lot of volume, and don't typically get any doms. The only thing I've really been feeling is in the glutes from split squats. Probably since I've only done them 4 times now.
