I personally like an anabeta and X factor combo along with creatine.
Have seen my best gains from this.
Warning to run anabeta with titanium from athletix next go around to see how it goes.
I was not a huge fan of new super pump to be honest. I rather take the super pump max.
But I don't remember hemnavol since it was a while ago that I took it but I think high volume reigns king.
I found 2 scoops of noxygen and 1g of agmatine does very well too for crazy pumps.
Athletix makes the best pre hands down. The high volume pump is literally unreal. I look 20lbs heavier when I take it lol.
Mix is a 7/10 the GMS in it makes a sandy texture.
Taste is incredible. The lemonade is kick ass.
Effectiveness is 10/10.

Used to eat my typical 6 meal chicken and rice but this gives me more flexibility.
I still keep carbs pretty much low glycemic but every now and then I'll eat some twizzlers if they fit.
Also do toast and fruit in the mornings which I used to not be able to do...
Yes I have. I train under Layne Norton and he has me do IIFYM. I love it. Much more fleixible than old dieting style. Would recommend it. Be careful as it's easy to drop cals too low to quick and get flat.

Here's me 8 weeks on IIFYM. Doing hiit 2x a week
My quads are super developed and my hams are not bad, but I would like them bigger. Wondering if you guys could see if this would be a good routine for leg day.
Side note: I follow phat so I hit legs 2x. A week. I was planning on doing this my hyper day.
