I sc*ewed up my bulking plan... Started 2 weeks ago OVT and few days ago with bulking nutrition i get fever(maybe of hard training, idk). Now i'm resting so I'm thinking about... From another week should i continue with bulking with some light training system and after cutting or start...
Wait..u are going to do OVT?? Great then we will do together (u will be forward couple of days) till i get healthy again... Can you write ur diet here or inbox...??

266.6 x .9 =239... and now after 1 month I will add 10lb to 239 or 266.6(and again calculate 90%) ??
Idk maybe i will go with book but i more like this 3month challenge because i will do mass for 3 months and go cutting soo.. i will decide. I'm testing now 1RM for SQ/DL/OHP/BP ... And when i everything calculate i will start from Monday..
I will do this program for gaining strength and size at same time but i'm confused about something. I read the book 5/3/1 and there is :

No, i wont dismiss this program. I'm gonna do the exercises i already wrote but i will rotate in ME-Upper body (Bench press and Incline press every week) and ME Lower body DL and SQ... And some rotating in other exercises. That's all :) But thanks for helping me guys :)

I want to ask someone who tried this program... For maximal effort lower body i have one option to choose between DL and SQ but i love both exercises and i want to improve both of them but now i have to choose something between :( Solution?
Ok but now i'm not skinny, im chubby guy and now i have little bit of body fat. While bulking i will add some more body fat, and that is the reason i want to cut for 12-13weeks slow cutting with Carb cycling or other diet... But i want to hear your opinion... starting from next week till the...
Because I'm sure i will gain some body fat while i'm bulking so i decide to do 8 weeks bulkig, 12-13weeks cutting... And now anyone help me with choosing program... which of those is better??
I know bro, believe me but i don't have another choice ... If i train mass for 7 weeks i have 16-17 weeks for cutting .... Maybe i can train for 8 weeks max mass and after 14-15weeks cutting. When i say mass i mean with lots of eating... My goals are not sci-fi.. i know how much i can gain with...
