    I’ll be getting a new shirt. I use an Inzer Leviathan Ultra, which is adjustable, for squats and deadlifts. I was able to fit into my knee sleeves this week again. Whoever says that they don’t help or have carryover is lying to themselves.

    One thing I’d add is to think a plank position with the upper body. Tight grip on the handles, elbows driven into the pad, and double chin position. It’s far more tiring, but helps to decompress the spine and hit the appropriate areas more effectively.

    I'm not sure. It's one meant for people 6' plus, though. I have to use the pad from the SSB on it so I don't have to do a damn calf raise every step.
