Gymbro I train with has a frozen shoulder. Was advised12-18 months therapy. Any do it at home options work for you or someone you know? I was thinking deep tissue massage, heat as in sauna, yoga/tai chi, cissus, etc.
Intent is to have an accurate baseline.
Weight lifting will create an increase in T so does it not make sense to not lift the day of a blood draw? How about how many days prior in terms of abstaining from lifting weights?

I finally got my act together and have been training hard as before. Mental outlook better. Energy and obviously build. Disregard my recent posts. I was depressed. Back on the right track.
Had my annual physical results and using same scale my total test was 729. 250-1100 range.
Usually 950-1000 or more test result.
Blood draw at 1:46pm instead of the usual 830am. I was not fasted and had eaten breakfast. All the previous ones were fasted.
