    I like BLRs products, just never got anything noticeable from (-) epi. Mkay, ill price out the laxo product and thanks for the thread link. Havent touched any supplements in quite some time, except the usual, fish oil, multi, joint support etc.

    No idea, however , I stacked it with soy granules (PA) and it was pretty impressive for a natural sup.

    I ram a laxo product from olympus labs before, I couldnt tell if it was placebo or not but my strength felt friggin great with that stuff. However, most lax products needed to be adjusted since they were underdosed.

    its not that they throw out cookie cutter responses, it is that they do not understand the distinction between terminology, and how to use it properly. They equate elevated liver enzymes -> stress liver -> damage, which is not how it works.

    I work in the ER and get no breaks, so I have 1 solid food meal and a huge mass shake, made from oats, pb, protein powders and various fruits. Seems to work well for me.
