Breakfast: 1 egg + 2 egg whites with tobacco sauce
Sometimes I'll change it with 3 eggo waffles and no fat syrup usually on Sunday's when I get tired of eggs.
Around 10a.m: protein shake and an apple
Lunch: Turkey sandwich(5 slices) 1 slice of american cheese and a serving of beef

I feel like my diet is pretty good.. I am losing weight, I was just hoping to drop 20-25 pounds by August but I've only dropped about 4 so far since May 24
EDIT: I workout 4 days a week not everyday
I have one question..I've been on my current PH for about 2 weeks and I am happy with the results so far, but I want to drop weight quick. I was wondering if it's safe to take hcg drops (hormone free) while on my PH. If not what would you recommend to drop pounds quick? I've been doing weights...
