@dsade, I finally finished the way old bottle. Do you recommend I start the load up again with the new bottle? Or just continue one a day?
And is this something that's ideal to take every day forever? Or does it sort of fix things and you lay off it for a while?
I know you're looking for an answer from Matt, and I'm sure he'll give it. But in the meantime, I'm pretty sure a LONG time ago, he said all his products were designed to work with each other and that combining any of them wouldn't be a problem.
I know that answer is useless since my memory...
😊 Well, I don't want to throw off the balance of AMMO and don't want to do any damage. I guess I'll just switch to AMMO on its own for at least a couple weeks and then decide if I want to add the extra phosphatidylserine or not.
Thanks much, Matt!
It's usually pretty hard for me to know for sure if I'm feeling the effect of a supplement. But after taking the 500mg (alone) in the morning I did seem to have more mental energy and motivational drive.
Received mine today. I recently began taking 500mg phosphatidylserine in the morning upon waking.
@dsade , would it be counter productive (or risky) to keep taking that now that I'll be taking AMMO?
I found an unopened bottle of Gut Health in my closet. I'm not sure how old it is -- could be from 2016. It's been at slightly above room temperature for most of that time.
I don't suppose it's still safe and effective to take now?
I've applied to that area on multiple occasions and it's really not all that uncomfortable. Although, I will say I didn't notice any increase in libido or erection size/hardness. However, that's probably more due to me being 60 and fat than any problem with the formula.
This was discussed way Earlier in the thread. They say you can do it. It will sting for a bit, but it's not bad and not for long. They say it increases the testosterone directly to the area. You're supposed to fully wash it off before any sexual contact with another person.
I'm not accusing him of anything. By all accounts he's a GREAT guy. I've interacted with and bought stuff from him for years.
But I swear I've never seen a man with such bad luck.
I read what you said, carefully. :)
In the past when I dedicated myself to fast walking, I got to a pretty fast pace but was still around 240, which still is heavy enough to worry about my knees. No?
I'm now 61 years old and am usually tired all day long, even with a good night's sleep. I'm a programmer so being tired makes it hard to concentrate and get my projects done.
I came across FocusXT a few months ago and I'm enjoying 2 doses a day. I just kinda take a gulp every so often...
Yep. That's the frustrating part. If I could have reasonable confidence what I was taking actually did have significant long term benefits, I'd be much more likely to take them (budget allowing). But there's so much crap on the market it's hard to know who/what to trust. And taking crap for 10...
