    When I cycled this my 1st time I didn't feel the need for the p/w supps. Especially when the effects kick in, once you get in the gym the focus and energy will be there waiting. This was at 50 a day Btw. You might just have to tough it out till then. Good Luck

    I've been researching the same thing, there are a few threads around where guys ran 10 pumps a day thru the whole cycle and others with 10 pumps but only during PCT. Warren has a log where he used Forma during his Hdrol cycle
