I actually really like the formula - I do think that my endurance has improved over the last 4 weeks in the midst of an upper body Boring But Big challenge for 5/3/1 overhead press day.
Both flavors are really solid in my book.
The mint flavor is still very pronounced for me, but I didn't try last years.

Scale has started to move downward for me.
Started around 226 or so, down to 219 last night. Floor pressed 335 yesterday than hit close-grip (half of the thumb on the smooth) floor press for 225x10 for 3 sets after. Leaning out but getting stronger...can't figure it out, but I'll take it.

Just trace amounts on the keto sticks for the last two nights - guessing it's my higher overall carb intake on training days, and it was skewed towards later in the day.
