Interesting... Well I have half a bottle of erase on hand. That would actually work out almost perfect If I were to take 1xday throughout this cycle. Will this affect gains tho? I wouldnt think that low of a dose would and even if it just slightly affected the gains I would take that over having... -

I personally dont seem to see a real "need" for creatine in pct or on cycle. If you have creatine, use it lol. Some ppl use it pct bc yes it does increase some size and strength. Use it on cycle and you maximize your size/strength gains. Yea I punched the numbers again and idk where i got that...- rhv89

But either way, I wouldnt go spend the cash on a 3rd bottle. Who knows how you will react to it. Def stick to two bottles of each ( I am going to go ahead and grab a 2nd bottle of pstanz afterall). Yes you will hear from a lot that 200 is too low.However, being your first ph cycle ever, I dont see why you would need to up the dose much, if any more. Gyno 1 month after pct
would 3/3/3/2/1 be the typical protocal for this? I last ran nolva at 20/20/10/10 with erase at 2/3/3/2/1. Didnt start the erase until week 3 of nolva. Maybe I was misinformed or I misunderstood because I ended up with gyno showing up in my 4th wk of erase. Weird. -
