    ON protein is good to go, it only has 4g of carbs per serving. use 1 scoop 2x ED however you want to split it (ei morning/evening) if you lower down your carb intake you will loose your belly fat (i use to be 22% now down to 9%) find out your total caloric intake to loose fat via google search...

    well, according to jake antheus. they were able to make it 90% m-sten (as i stated above) and "contaminated" with 10% SD. he also mentioned making it higher than 90% m-sten would make the product too expensive to sell.

    ultradrol is actually only 10% methasteron (superdrol) and 90% Methylstenbolone, which is a anabolic steriod used since 1963 but was never made into a prohormone form until now. so calling it a "rip off" of SD is incorrect. it's more a compound of itself. hope this answers your question.
