    I was wondering if anyone knew the ratio for dry rice to cooked rice? My box says 3/4 cup is one serving but when you cook it it expands. I usually cook about 3-4 cups at a time and just eat about a cup of cooked rice. Is this about the same as a serving? Any info will help.

    Ok I know how to make a really fast protein brownie. 2 Scoops of protein and a little water enough to make it like brownie batter and then microwave for 1:30 to 2 minutes. I am stumped though on how to make it taste a little sweeter without going overboard on fats and carbs. Any suggestions?

    I am starting a cutting phase. I started last week with a diet change. I still lift really hard, powerlifting style. I need to increase cardio and need to know when is the best time to do it. A friend told me to do it right after I get done lifting. Any advice will help. Thanks.
