I was taking my mid day dose of pm and prime today and noticed that some of the caps in both bottles are busted??? Any input?? Noticed on a couple of forums that this has been a prob for some people.
Well dont know. I didnt notice a diff till I started throwing in some noodles into meal 3 and 4. 5 on occasion.?? Oatmeal hasnt bothered me thats always pre wo. The spagetti noodles was my only change besides 1 or 2 red meat meals aday.
Damn i've been eating alot of pasta in the past 2weeks and can tell a diff in my flank area and was wondering if thats what was causing it!!!!!Thanks bro
Guys dont laugh at me for this..... But I done 40 days of the insanity w/o and holy **** did I get lean. Thats my only advice to you if you want em quick. But as you know what worked for me might not work for you... Good luck brother.
