    At close to 200lbs, 2 scoops would be a solid choice, it all depends on the effect. If you feel it at 1.5, then maintain at 1.5. After taste is likely the nitrates, which can only be masked so far before it's overkill. Supersize does not contain BA.

    Headache is likely due to nitrates. Have you had blood pressure issues in the past? This could occur from prolonged use, however an almost immediate issue with headaches is different.

    Great to hear the flavor got better even though it took a couple scoops! How much water do you normally use for your pre-workout? This may be something to look at for our initial run of this flavor to ensure people enjoy the flavor even with 1 scoop.

    I didn't use much water for the few samples I received. However, we are definitely looking for flavor feedback, so if it's a little watered down, we can make those adjustments for the first run.
