    hahaha this is the most entertaining forum ive read so far...... i have already gone through 2, 15 pound buckets of the mass complex. at first i had gas problems but not anymore and i love this stuff... i'd like to know what a normal meal routine for you is if your taking in 6000 cal/day!!
