Started Recreate yesterday to try and slim down. Weighed in at 147 in the morning. Took 1 cap in the morning and 1 in the afternoon along with 2 caps of CLA each time. Also taking creatine twice throughout the day as well.
Took 1 cap this morning half an hour before a 30 minute cardio session...
Hi all, I'm new to the forum and actually joined in search of some advice for cutting. I'm 5'6, 150lbs and maybe around 14% body fat. I've been trying to get that last few pounds off, and it's a real pain. Nothing seems to work for me no matter what I do... my weight just stays the same at 150...
