so i have been eating right since about the beginning of summer lost some weight...im 5'7 around 160..been lifting since hs im 22 now...workout looks like this" Chest/Tris...Back/bis...legs...shoulders traps...used to throw in steady state cardio but stopped around mid summer...what i eat which...

i took a cycle of havoc about 2 months ago..gained about 10 lbs..im not that big about 5'7 170. my strength went up a lot...but recently i lost some of that strength...im tryin to take something that will get my strength back as well as getting cut up..also im not trying to take creatine...
