so, how does BC/EAA do exactly? does it help with anything else other than bulking? and how does LG's version of the BC/EAA compare to other competitors?

...what do they do? I've seen people use them when benching, and somehow it's supposed to make you better @ benching? what is it for, and does it work?
I lift from 7:00-8:00 a.m., and take agility camp from 11:00-12:00. should I take my Whey Protein and Anabolic Halo supplements after lifting or after agility camp?
I recently got some Anabolic Halo and Whey Protein. can I use them simultaneously? or is there a health issue at hand if I do so?
