    Is it beneficial to do a combo of back and front squats i.e doing 3 sets back followed by 3 sets front or would it be better to do back squats one week and then front squats the next and switch off.

    I am having tingling in my left trap while performing shrugs. Started after a max effort deadlift day and started from mid back up to my trap but has just been staying in my left trap now. Ive seen a chiro but it hasnt seemed to help. Im thinking time will take care of it if i just avoid shrugs...

    Any input on working these two in the same day? I always have but recently have been thinking of splitting them up on seperate days to see if i notice a diffence on strength output.
