I was always the 'Fat Kid' got made fun of so I lost 80 pounds and competed in State Powerlifting. Came to college and lost everything I had worked for. Now I'm in the journey again.
Was wondering if anyone knew of, or used a workout plan that is based around building muscle mass while incorporating my three favorite lifts as well. Dead, Squat, and Bench. It seems like everything I come across is more definition based rather than strength. Thanks in advance everyone.
