So I'm about to start a contest prep cycle. My stats are 26yo 5.7 170pound 8.5% bf Diet is in check 2200 cals a day 52% pro 30% carb 18% fat I train each body part once a week and on Saturdays I hit what ever I feel is lacking. Legs is all 4 sets 20 reps. All other muscles 4 set 15 reps. Iv...
