I'm coming off of an ECA stack 3 weeks on 1 off. I heard that benadryl helps to repair the beta receptors? Is this true? If so how much and when should I take it?
I know genetics plays a big part but I have the hardest time adding depth to my chest. My bench is strong and I have a very good incline but not much depth. Is there anyone who has over come this? Any advice would be appreciated.
Alright its time to get my fat ass in shape. I've been lifting and eating like a pig all winter. Its time to start the dieting and cardio. Anyone have any ideas on passing the time away during your cardio sessions?
