When you are trying to bulk and add muscle does your stomach have to feel weird(ache). I have 2000 calories or a little more and eat healthy. Drink almost 48 oz water.
Hello I started a new program and do uppers except shoulders on one day and lower body including shoulders. Uppers on monday lowers on Tuesday and uppers Thursday and lowers Friday. Would this help me add more lean muscle. Ps:wrestling starting in three weeks
