    Overtraining?

    Ugh today was horrible, don't know if it was the lack of a preworkout or overtraining, but I had no drive and I couldn't do crap for legs, so I just did some hip strengthening exercises. On a side not I woke up without an appetite :/

    Questions on recomp

    I'm at 185, so I should eat 185g of protein, and 370g of carbs? I'm not sure how much carbs and fat I should consume... I came of a bulk so I want to recomp for a month bulk up 5 pounds, recomp and repeat.

    Dumbell Pullovers

    Are they more of a chest exercise or a lat exercise? And is it a bad idea if instead of one dumbbell, I use 2 using a neutral grip? Or should I use pronated or underhand grip? I wanna use 2 dumbbells for the purpose of muscle imbalances.. Or should I stick with the traditional dumbbell pullover?

    Are front squats lower back pain free?

    I can get full ROM of them pain free but I just perfected the move with lightweights, will I get lower back pain when I go heavier. I tend to get lower back pain on back squat when I perform full ROM Due to hip flexibility issues.

    Is it a 3x times a week thing? Why does it seems to work better for women? And how do you rest certain muscles groups, seem like overtraining? I feel like taking the concept and making my own WODs but when I'm cutting down, right now I'm bulking up.
