First Cycle was: 500mg Test E EW 10 Weeks (Last YR)
Training: 10+ yrs (since 18) 45-1hr 4x week Split with 20 min cardio, 2x off days light cardio 40min, 1 off day.
Stats: 6'1" 228Lbs 13%BF
Goal : Reach around 244lbs and stay at...
