    From late 2010, last bb contest. I posted my diet and gear last year leading up to this show. I'm trying to add some size right now...working with another IFBB pro. Hope we can put about 20 quality pounds on. I need to be a superheavyweight. Not heavyweight. I appreciate any feedback, good or bad.

    massport by infinite labs--2 thumbs up

    This is what I have been using post workout. After my workout I will slam 75 of WPI. 20 minutes later I mix 2 scoops of grape massport by infinite labs. Great carbohydrate product IMO.

    Here is what my coach had me doing 4 weeks ago (16 weeks out). My stats are pushing 30 years old, 3 NPC shows. I'm 6' tall and my last show I weighed in 203#, (a very stringy heavyweight).
