    Definitely the forskolin. I will also emphatically state that there is less forskolin in Anabeta Elite than what they claim. I ran ABE for 2 months with no GI issues, yet the second I take forskolin or products containing forskolin (Alphamax for example) with or without food it's squirt fest.

    I don't think it's a small pool given the amount of times it pops up in threads. I've tried forskolin at different strengths, with/without food, long durations etc. I still consistently destroy my toilet with it.

    I ran both for 8 weeks and all I got out of it was raging headaches, yet if you write anything negative about this stack they crucify you. I'm a big fan of most of the PES range however. I did have realistic expectations leading into the stack.
