    Was the majority of your higher intake from coffee? Black or white coffee? Just thinking if you were having 5-6 cups (or more) of white coffee a day, that's could be a fair bit of milk you'd be cutting out

    Yes, just drop it in to your pet rat's mouth or in to a shot glass and try and water it down. Most of the RC stuff tastes like burning...or so my pet rat has told me ;) Or you can get an oral syringe to measure it out and squirt it in to the back of the throat

    Its alright but for the price I'd just go with Ar1macare Pro or CEL Cycle Assist. Bit higher dosage in some parts. Depends if you want the arimistane or not. But you get twice as much in the CEL stuff and the price is similar. Just add TUDCA if you want it.

    50mg in each? 1 pill won't be enough, I believe most people run 200-500mg generally, with some saying more like 800 for EpiAndro.     Hey brundel, did I read somewhere in here the newer version doesn't contain ethanol? I've just started using exotherm but travel weekly for work...I don't think they'll like me taking it on a plane (if they find it)
