    Running sucks... Well at least that's what my new Nike t shirt says :D BUT if you get hip squared away bro, then it's tough but good. I have a big of a love hate relationship with it at the moment, but every week it gets better!

    Thanks bro, I'm very pleased with the way things are going... Two weeks to race day number 1, it's the biggest half marathon in the world, 54,000 competitors so hopefully I won't be last :D I'm determined not to fall off the wagon this winter this time, it's taken me so long to get back here!
