    I will use the Helladrol first (only because be been hanging onto it for a few months now).. How long after pct can I use the Clen? Or can I take it during pct? Better still, overlap the 2?

    Thanks guys. I've got my diet sorted, going keto. Starting around 2000 calories (800 approx deficit). Keeping carbs under 20 grams. Will increase cardio over the weeks instead of cutting calories. Will monitor that and see how I progress.

    I agree with UKNoko mate. Change your macros around, even drop carbs to 50 grams and with the Helladrol, the fat with shred off.
