  3. Help with preworkout meal while cutting.

Normally 40/40/20, but I've experimented with several different things. I feel weak, sleepy, drained. etc. etc. I'm getting plenty of sleep and I'm not overtrained. My strength levels are good, but man do I feel tired when I lift.
  4. Article: Ten Reasons You Aren't Gaining Mass

  5. Help with preworkout meal while cutting.

I've tried high complex carbs 1hr 30mins prior and high protein with glucose rich foods 1hr 30mins prior. I've also tried caffeine, creatine, and l glutamine.
  6. Cardio days- HIIT?

HIIT is a great way to go about losing fat and hanging onto muscle at the same time - or possibly adding muscle. I wouldn't do a 30 min HIIT session too often because you will overtrain (if you're doing it right). Slower paced cardio sessions for extended periods of time (45 mins plus) are...
  7. Loe handles!!!! Help!!!

I carry my water weight in my love handles. They seem to disappear after I have sweated hard then come back if I eat too much salt. Seems weird, I know, but you may be the same. Hit the treadmill for 30-45 mins at a slow pace and work up a good sweat. This usually makes mine go away.
  8. Possible Torem Side effect? Help needed urgently

You need to talk to your doctor. There is no possible way I would tell you to stick it out with pct if you're having breathing issues. If you read the side effects SERMS have on women you'll quickly gain the understanding that they are nothing to play with. This is the reason I decided not to...

  10. Low Sodium Tuna Cans

When it comes to the mercury issue, I'm at a loss for advice, but I would like to know too.
  11. Low Sodium Tuna Cans

I'm very sodium sensitive and I asked the same question about a year or so ago and the best response I got was to rinse the tuna in a strainer. I have been doing this ever since and it really seems to get rid of the salt and keeps me from swelling up like a baloon.
  12. noob with questions, joy!

I'm not very familiar with katanadrol but I would recommend hitting the gym and doing basic movements like benchpress, overhead barbell and dumbell press, squats, rows, barbell and dumbell curls etc., and you'll shed some fat. Start light and stay light for the first month or so then slowly...

ok, whatever. At least add some before during and after pics.
  16. is death certain? superdrol/halodrol/ultradrol/stanodrol

This is not a cycle. This is a torture test on your liver. Superdrol alone has sent many people to the hospital within a few weeks with jaundice. You need to get control of yourself before you do some serious damage to your body and hormones. And remember, it's all fun and games 'til your...

  20. Possible jaundice help

When I was 12 y/o my dad and I joined a gym. We got to be good friends with the owner who was, at that time in his late 40's. He was a power lifter and apparently running a cycle here and there. About 8 years after we joined, we got word that he had died of liver failure. He had been...
