This is what I suspect is the real reason behind steroid accusations. An attempt to justify their lack of progress or unwillingness to do the work needed.
If I recall, there is some data on nolva and liver toxicity. Clomid causes eye issues but I think they are transient issues that go away once drug is DC'd. There is prolly an effect on lipids too from their use but I'm just guessing on that one. Too lazy to actually look

The clomid stuff is very new and is not really for PCT per se. It's more of an alternative for testosterone as a HRT/TRT option. There is no studies, or none that I know of. That take healthy males, put them on a cycle of test and tren and then do a group with nolva/clomid/etc and one control...
