    The MIT10 is very strong and best mixed with a little leaf powder. I would do 3 grams of leaf and 1/2 gram of MIT10. Maybe play around with your leaf amount but start low.

    I would call it mildly energizing and more mood boosting than the others. After years of trying many types of Kratom I basically only take Reds and Yellows or a mixture of the two. Yellow is the anti depressant of the Kratom world IMHO.
