  1. How much sugar is too much

Oikos is fine for you, it's lactose sugar which is literally harmless, nothing like HFCS sugar.
  2. weight training once a week ontop of..

If boxing and cardio are the most important things to you, you should be mainly focusing on that and not leaving yourself in the weight room. In a nutshell, you want the most strength and power in the fewest exercises that require only a few sets to disrupt homeostasis so you'll be getting the...
  3. is it really that bad to train every day?

Read about how John Broz trains his guys, after warming up, he has them attempt a max lift six times. After getting or failing to get it, they do heavy doubles and triples until they have done anywhere from 20-50 reps total, working back up to beyond the max single that they attempted earlier...
  4. 5x5 and Body Fat / Weight Question

You can actually gain weight, put on fat, and still lower your body fat percentage. Just aim to put on MORE muscle than fat, and your bf% will drop. I've added 12lbs doing the Texas Method, while dropping from 24% body fat to 22%. You will put on fat, but you will drastically improve your body...
  5. is it really that bad to train every day?

averagebroz.com/ABG/Q_%26_A/Entries/2010/5/28_Central_nervous_system.html There is no such thing as overtraining. If you can take the time to adjust your body to rigorous amounts of volume, you can max out twice a day seven days a week. You can work through overtraining and still set personal...
  6. Sumo Deadlift Help

You're feet should be as far out as they can go without sacrificing speed in the pull. For me this is about the width where my shins touch the rings while standing up straight.
  7. Do you guys eat fruit?

Good info. I guess it takes a strong man to admit he's beaten, because that's some pretty damn convincing information. The thought that I might have to replace one of my steaks with an apple makes me shed a manly tear though =,( How do you think things like biotest superfood stack up against...

  9. Do you guys eat fruit?

The fiber, mineral, and vitamin contributions of fruit are minimal at best. There are so many other foods that you can get all of these things from in much greater quantities. Fruit would be great for the average person because it would likely keep them full and replace the garbage they would...
  10. I'm about to incorperate some constant tension...

It doesn't matter if you explode or not, just stay under the bar for 25-45 seconds. Try it.
  11. I'm about to incorperate some constant tension...

That's basically the time under tension principle. If you try training that way, try dividing your sets by number of seconds under the bar instead of reps. EG, do 3 sets of 40 seconds instead of 3 sets of 15 reps. It's a fun principle to try, but stick to the basics.
  12. I'm about to incorperate some constant tension...

Considering this is on tmuscle, it's most likely bile they put out to try and keep readers anyway. They come out with a new workout program every week, the best thing is to just stick with the basics and not get lured in by over-worded mumbo jumbo programming.

  14. Easy beef recipe?

I just brown the beef and add doritos and hot sauce. Bulking food!
  15. I'm about to incorperate some constant tension...

I really wouldn't screw around with any of these crazy training methods unless you are well past the beginner / intermediate phase.
  16. not progressing well on 1 set exercises

Yeah, and bad form means poor muscle development. I personally don't see how lifters can go heavy enough to only do one set, and maintain good enough form to activate all of their muscle fibers. Watching guys like Ed Coan doing a set of 800lb squats with perfect form and blood running from their...
  17. Best Training Shoes??

They'll tone the **** out of you I've heard.
  18. Best Foods for TESTOSTERONE?!

Look up the anabolic diet, it's a diet specifically designed to boost test levels. It was made to get the most gains while on AAS, but natural guys have run it with success too. Also to the guy who recommended celery, porn king Peter North always recommended celery to 'shoot' more, so there...
  19. 5x5 Workout Routine

Good lord, bench pressing at 5x5 three times a week will have you overtrained and burnt out within the month! Personally I recommend the Texas Method over this trash any day if you're looking for a 5x5, you're going to kill yourself doing this.
  20. Do you guys eat fruit?

Fruits are extremely overrated. They are basically simple carbs and minimal vitamins that are sold at a massive markup compared to the production cost. Recent studies have also come out that show the antioxidant benefits fruits are purported to have are virtually nonexistent. I personally never...
