I hear you, dude. Trust me. I had this injury back in 1999. It's not going to re-attach itself and you're not going to be able to get back to functionality without repairing it. I'm sorry. I wish you the best of luck.
It's not something I'd f**k around with, tbh. I'd talk to your doc or a PT about what you can do. You can do more harm than good pushing this and you can end up with really bad degenerative OA at a young age if you're not careful.
You've confirmed that your ACL is fully torn? Not much you're gonna be able to do if that thing is flappin' in the breeze. Some continue to train, but you're not going to be able to do HIIT effectively with stuff like sprints if your ACL is fully torn.
She needs to calculate her macros/cals for fat loss. There are a plethora of macro calculators online. Being in a consistent calorie deficit will be what yields results, not any supplement. She can eat literally whatever she wants as long as she hits her macro and fiber targets. She should...
Agree with the recommendations to monitor your BP and heart rate as you taper up. It's best to start slowly and work your way up over the course of a few weeks. I try not to dose close to my workouts because it elevates my heart rate significantly. My HR will sometimes be 115 before I even...
Great advice here.
For a natural lifter, gains take a VERY long time. There are some people here who have been doing this for 10-15 years and are still trying to make improvements. It's going to be a long process.
Carbs have 4 cals/gram, as does protein. Fat has 9 cals/g. So you could drop your protein from 275 to 200, which frees up 300 cals. 300/9=33g of fat that you can add OR 300/4=75g of carbs that you could add.
So your macros would be:
2100 cals
200p (800 cals)
90f (810 cals)
125c (500 cals)...
It doesn't matter when/where you put them in. You don't have to eat 7 times a day, either. Eat when it's convenient for you and hit your macro targets.
